Monster 'MIXXD' Punch Review

 

Overall: 7/10

This is one of the sweetest monsters yet to come to the UK, but tastes great. If you can't stand super-sweet drinks, this one is to be avoided. The can looks sleek like every monster, and like every monster it's extremely unhealthy. I found it just a little too sweet to drink regularly but every now and then this is a nice treat. If you're into really sweet drinks, this is for you!

 

 

 

Looks: 6.5/10

This monster has the standard black monster can design which looks pretty good with the rich pink monster logo. I also like the fact that even the top of the can is black, as is the ring pull, which is unlike most monsters and to me makes the can look really sleek. The colour of the drink itself is a vibrant clear red-pink colour. It's one of the most vibrant monsters yet in colour and the taste reflects the colour of the drink. Of course, there is a paragraph on the side which will be at the bottom of this post.

 

Flavour: 7.5/10

This drink is incredibly sweet as it's based on the fruit punch you get at a club or party. If you don't love really sweet drinks, maybe steer clear of this one. The main taste, despite being mostly tropical and full of many fruit flavours, is of cherry. It isn't overpowering all the other flavours though, so if you don't like cherries then you may still love this. If you do love super-sweet drinks then you really will love this. Personally, I really like it: I think the taste is really good and I've had quite a few of these I must admit. My only problem is that, for me, it is just too sweet. Only just though. In my opinion, if it was just a little less sweet it would be one of my favourite drinks. That's just me though.

 

Price: 5/10

This monster costs the same any other monster, costing £1.19 in most stores but sometimes a bit more or less depending on where you live. Either way, it shouldn't cost any more than any other monster.

 

Healthiness: 1.5/10

This is just as unhealthy as any other monster, with high levels of caffeine, vitamin B and sugar. Really, this monster is no healthier or unhealthier than any other monsters really.
